How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription permanently at any time, by emailing us at service@wefill.co.nz and letting us know you'd like to cancel.

Cancellation cut-off

The cut off date to cancel any given month's order is 1 day before the monthly shipment date, which will be shown in the "My Account" Section of the website. We will send you an email 3 days before the monthly shipment date to remind you that you may change, cancel or postpone your order within 72 hours. If your order is not cancelled prior to being processed on the shipment date, a refund will not be given.

Skipping a delivery

You can also change your order (e.g. add or remove products) and skip a month any time before the cut off date for each month. We will send you an email 3 days before the Monthly Subscription Date to remind you that you have 72 hours to change or skip a month before the cut off date for that month.
